Refund policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return items sold by Dr. Bob Oral Care and shipped to a US address within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Items we can't accept for return
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any item that has been opened and used (other than damaged in transit)
- Items marked "Final Sale" before checkout
How returns work
All returns must be in the original packaging, including the original documentation. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. We'll notify you by email once we've received and processed your return. You can expect a refund to the original form of payment within 3–5 business days of our receiving your return.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
